Cancellation Policy

1. Users may cancel their projects or services anytime by communicating with us.
2. Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the terms agreed upon between the Freelancer and Client.
3. If work has already commenced, partial refunds may apply based on the progress made.
4. Service fees paid to the Platform are non-refundable.
5. For disputes related to cancellations, our dispute resolution process will apply.
