1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to FastMVP.dev (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to FastMVP.dev and its services, including the website and mobile application.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity registering or using the Platform.
  • "Freelancer" refers to a User offering services through the Platform.
  • "Client" refers to a User seeking services through the Platform.

3. User Registration

3.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to register. 3.2. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. 3.3. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Services

4.1. The Platform connects freelancers and Clients for project-based services. 4.2. The Platform does guarantee the quality, timing, legality, or any other aspect of services provided by Freelancers, but sometimes if they are unable to meet these, the same will be communicated with the client.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Do not upload or share fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abuse.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1. Payments for services must be made through the Platform or As discussed with the freelancer. 6.2. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. The Platform provides a mechanism for resolving disputes between Freelancers and Clients. 7.2. Users agree to resolve disputes in good faith using the Platform's dispute resolution process.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Freelancers retain rights to the work they create unless agreed otherwise in writing with the Client. 8.2. Users grant the Platform a license to use, reproduce, and display content (NON-Confidential details) submitted to the Platform for marketing and operational purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is not liable for:

  • Errors, omissions, or delays in the services provided by Freelancers.
  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

10. Termination

10.1. Users may terminate their accounts at any time. 10.2. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for breach of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

The Platform may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
